  They have fantastic drop-in childcare so I can shop without the kids! Great Chase Bank in there, and the garden supply area is awesome. Lots of good sales and clearances throughout the store. Great organic and natural selection. Awesome coupons online

  Since the recent remodel and refocus on a "market" like atmosphere it is a little more difficult to find thing but the quality and selection are the same as always and for the time being prices appear to be as good or better than before.
  
  Not a criticism of the location but the Kroger corporation; the recent changes to the rewards program are unwelcome. I preferred receiving my approximately 1% rebate each quarter and dislike needing a card to get posted prices. Cards should be a benefit to the customer, not a requirement of shopping by virtue of a "no card" markup.
  
  Go back to the carrot of rewarding users, not the stick of punishing non-users.

  My $179 loyalty visa card reward was used by someone who had my phone number in Oregon. (Thats all a thief needs to use your reward people, so use it as soon as it is loaded to your card.)
  
  Kroger customer service took combined 3.5 hours of my life in line and on the phone over 2 days only to learn they "might" refund my reward. I have been a very active "best customer bonus" level loyalty member for 6 or 7 years.
  
  Their service call in number gets so busy they simply hang up without a call back option!
