It's sad that it is too difficult to ask for a smile when spending hard-earned money for recreation. In addition, if you're going to post coupons to a site you should damn well honor them. Most importantly, when it comes to drink orders, especially those that are affected by food allergies, do your job and make sure it's accurate.
