  My drinks have been made wrong, or I've been given the wrong pastry too many times to count. And, almost every time I go through the drive thru here, no one even attempts to make conversation with me. As a former partner, I expect that. This morning when I went, I said I was going to use my free one and the girl reminded me that it's double-star day. I said "ok, I'll just pay for it and save my free drink for later." She blankly stared at me and didn't say a word. I checked my app later, and sure enough, she used my free one. I'm not sure if she hates her job or is a complete moron, but either way, that was the last straw. I will never visit this location again. I love starbucks, but I'd rather go out of my way to a different location, so at least I don't feel like I'm being ignored.
